Extension installer trouble

Hello,

I'chiliad a new user of Opencart version 2.3.0.two.
I meet several problems :
When I upload an image in the image manager, I take this error message : Alert : file could non exist uploaded for an unknown reason !
But I can add image in the /prototype/catalog/ binder by ftp with filezilla.

The other trouble is nigh extension installer. When I effort to upload a *.ocmd.aught file, the loading bar is reddish and stops at about 20% and I become the bulletin : File could non be found.

Has anyone any thought of ​​the solution?

Have you lot double-checked your FTP settings in the admin?

Many OC-2 extensions cannot exist installed, as they should, by the OC-installer. Yous should therefore analyze each 1 of those extensions offset, if they consist of a single xxx.ocmod.xml file only (possibly as well with an empty Subdirectory, and a xxx.txt file, you better unzip those extensions on your PC, and then, install the unzipped 30.ocmod.xml ONLY. And if the File independent itself is Non titled xxx.ocmod.xml, rename information technology, to include xxx.OCMOD.xml, and effort to install it again.

Information technology's a trail & error game, lately, like everything else around hither, so, don't requite upwards ! And if you cannot achieve it, come dorsum here and inform us, what the exact content of such an Extension is, to possibly get more info on this. But since the NOTIFICATION Routine does not work anymore around here, don't expect someone to respond fast, information technology's a trail and fault Game as well, to find postings again, waiting for a reply ... :crazy:

You would not accept to examination all extensions mentioned, simply install ane of them, because
they likely all do the same, and if yous still where unable to upload a Modernistic, even according
to my advises above, you must have been doing something wrong. ::)

So, you'll need to show something, or better, get one of the known Pro'southward around here, to
have a look, ane cannot guess on an error bulletin, unaware of, how your Software is
installed and works.
